We are on the look-out for a front of house manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of our incredible award-winning hospitality concept.

About the role

We are recruiting for a Front of House Manager to work alongside the management team and assist with the smooth running of the venue. You will be responsible for confidently running busy shifts managing a team of dedicated 50+ Fairgame front of house team members. Along with the management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of front of house - including training, coaching and developing of team members, overseeing training plans, and maintaining venue operational standards. This is the perfect role for someone with front of house management experience, loves to deliver epic guest experiences, has passion in leading big teams, and with further openings already planned you will have the chance to grow and develop with the business.

With experience in...

  • Managing a busy, high volume & immersive environment
  • The ability to improve the administration and efficiency of the venue by ensuring consistent high standards.
  • Supporting the GM to improve the day-to-day running of the venue and to ensure the bar is operating efficiently.
  • Leading teams from the front and implementing training programmes with results
  • Implementing a brand standard service criteria & maintaining brand standards
