Salesforce Developer – SaaS House

Salary: up to £75,000 DOE

Location: Cardiff, Hybrid

Mason Frank has partnered with a fast-growing SaaS business to find a talented Salesforce Developer who thrives on building smart solutions that directly impact customers.

As demand for client-specific updates continues to rise, this business is expanding its development team to ensure seamless customisation, integration, and platform stability across a diverse customer base.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions tailored to unique client requirements.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
Contribute to integration efforts using Salesforce APIs and established integration patterns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Support, and Client Success teams to manage technical escalations and drive resolution.
Ensure effective use of version control and deployment tools such as Git and GitLab.
Take a proactive role in identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technical innovation.

About you:

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Expertise with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (REST & SOAP).
Comfortable leading technical discussions and delivering user training sessions.
Excellent communication skills—capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.
