Mason Frank is working with a well-established and fast-evolving Financial Services business, currently expanding their internal Salesforce capability. We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong technical and integration skills to play a key role in building out a high-impact Salesforce platform that supports the business’s customer and product operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company deeply committed to digital transformation, working alongside a collaborative product and engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions
- Develop custom components and functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Build and maintain integrations with external platforms and internal systems using APIs
- Promote best practices in development, testing, and documentation across the team
- Translate business requirements and user insights into effective, scalable technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement across the Salesforce platform to optimise performance and usability
About You:
- Strong hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform
- Certifications such as Platform Developer I are highly desirable
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, including component lifecycle and complex form handling
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, connected apps, outbound messaging)
- Ability to interpret business challenges and deliver practical, scalable solutions
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have (Not Essential):
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools
