They are committed to providing secure, innovative technology solutions. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting both customer and internal systems, resolving advanced technical issues, and leading efforts in automation and platform optimisation. Virtual job fairs Key Responsibilities: Provide 3rd-line support and mentor junior team members. Resolve complex technical escalations and create knowledge resources. Automate and streamline service requests and remediation processes. Manage and optimise Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and virtualised environments. Support service transitions, documentation, and ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management). Participate in on-call weekend rota and lead technical projects. Technical Skills: Professional Attributes: Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, team player. Passionate about service quality and continuous improvement.
