We are currently recruiting for a Software Engineer (.NET) to join our established and experienced CIO team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your Role We are looking for a Software Engineer who is a proficient and experienced professional within the engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .Net based software applications or systems. The Software Engineer will actively participate in code reviews, provides technical guidance and support to junior team members, and ensures adherence to coding standards and project timelines. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent programming abilities, and a commitment to delivering robust and scalable software solutions. About You In your role you will be designing and developing software applications based on project requirements. You will translate functional specifications into technical designs and implement them using appropriate programming languages and frameworks. To be successful you will collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will also work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to understand business requirements and user needs.
