You\βll be reporting into the Corporate Finance Manager and Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury and will partner with stakeholders across finance, strategy, and operations to support commercial and financial decision-making. Client Details An internationally recognised shipping & logistics business with an outstanding reputation in the industry. Our client are expanding their corporate function and are looking for ambitious, like-minded individuals to join them in their next phase of development. Description Support the ongoing management of the corporate debt portfolio, including tracking of debt maturities, interest schedules, and compliance with financing terms. Take ownership of financial covenant reporting and associated documentation, including quarterly and annual reporting packages in line with lender requirements. Assist in the preparation and refinement of five-year financial forecasts, supporting strategic planning and long-term liquidity analysis. Contribute to ESG reporting initiatives, as well as asset valuation covenant reporting in compliance with financing agreements. Build and maintain financial models for debt transactions, including new financing, refinancing, or early repayments; support scenario analysis and risk assessment. Prepare clear and insightful materials for internal use (e.g., Board of Directors) and for external stakeholders (e.g., banks, lenders, and investor roadshows). Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings deliverables, working closely with investor relations and corporate reporting teams. Support the ongoing development of liquidity planning tools and assist with short- and long-term cash flow forecasting. Deliver key financial analysis and documentation in support of live transactions; manage transaction deliverables for closing processes, including KYC requirements and lender documentation. Process and track finance-related invoices linked to debt servicing and related advisory fees. Help develop and refine internal reporting capabilities focused on the debt portfolio, providing timely insights to management and stakeholders. Profile 1-3 years\β experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or a similar analytical role. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills. Excel skills; ability to manipulate large data sets; experience with VBAs/Macros advantageous. Degree educated in relevant field. Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly through Power Point. Ability to deal with and manage senior stakeholders. Job Offer 25 days annual leave (pro rata).
