Job Description WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY: Ensure customers receive an efficient and enjoyable customer experience and that their service and value expectations are exceeded. Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, recognize training needs, and develop potential. Be passionate about the Coffee Bar operation and stay informed about new industry concepts and trends that could enhance the current offer. Encourage staff to develop their skills and seek out new trends. Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Previous management experience in a hospitality environment, ideally in a high-end restaurant or 4* or 5* hotel. Experience in creating a successful and thriving work environment. Excellent supervisory and communication skills. Good delegation and influencing skills.
