About the Role
As a Continence Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide expert assessment, management, and education for patients experiencing bladder and bowel dysfunction. You’ll work autonomously as well as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to support patients in both community and clinical settings. Your role includes delivering evidence-based interventions, developing care plans, and supporting whānau and healthcare professionals through education and consultation. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in the quality of life for our patients, with a strong focus on health promotion and preventative care.

- Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current APC
- A postgraduate qualification (or working towards) in a relevant field
- Proven clinical experience in continence or related areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and improving equitable outcomes
