Your role Our GSE Fleet Maintenance team ensures superior standards of fleet maintenance, whilst providing exceptional quality of service to both local, regional, and global business partners. You will work alongside the leadership team on various projects, process enhancement and driving continuous improvement. The role will involve working with many team members across Europe and some travel may be required from time to time. What will you be doing? Supporting the organization to deliver key projects and initiatives. Playing an instrumental role in ensuring visibility and transparency of all change activities, their costs & benefits and the resulting outcomes. Communicating to and engaging with numerous stakeholders and functions within Europe and globally. Providing the leadership team and key stakeholders accurate and timely information to enable them to effectively steer positive change and keep track of progress. Developing strong relationships with Business Partners (e.g. HR and Finance) Auditing information to ensure the quality and accuracy of data held in relation to our Fleet. Developing new processes and enhancing existing ones to support continuous improvement and innovation. Data Analysis Is this you? Studying for a Business, Economics, Finance, Logistics or Project Management based degree that offers a placement year opportunity. Have an awareness of project management principles and practices Is able to demonstrate strong communication skills Can work using own initiative Possesses strong organizational skills with high levels of attention to detail Is able to think analytically and process data and information The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups The ability to work effectively across a wide geographical scope and different countries.
