We’re looking for a highly driven and people-focused Engagement Specialist to join our MANUAL Activation Team. In this role, you’ll speak directly with prospective Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) patients after their doctor consultation to help guide them through the final steps of starting treatment. You’ll be the human connection that helps people feel supported, informed, and confident in taking the next step toward better health. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments, loves speaking to people, and has a natural ability to build trust and influence decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of human contact post-doctor consultation, offering clarity and reassurance to prospective patients and clearly outlining our value proposition.
  • Help people understand their treatment options, respond to questions or concerns, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
  • Guide patients through the final onboarding steps, making the journey smooth and frictionless.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly targets related to patient conversions—celebrating each individual success.
  • Share feedback and patient insights with the wider team to improve our processes, content, and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions in our internal tools.
  • Collaborate with medical and operational teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Who you are:

  • Natural Communicator: You’re confident, empathetic, and able to quickly build rapport with different people.
  • Resourceful: You are a hustler, creative and resourceful. You thrive in fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Motivated by Results: You enjoy working with goals and KPIs—and feel a buzz when you hit or exceed them.
  • Patient-Centric: You’re warm, approachable, and genuinely care about helping people make informed health decisions.
  • Quick Learner: You’re curious, eager to grow, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
  • Organised & Reliable: You keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and next steps with attention to detail.
  • Team Player: You enjoy being part of a team and working together toward shared goals.

What we need from you:

  • Some experience in a target-driven or customer-facing role (e.g., hospitality, retail, contact centre, inside support, etc.).
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections with patience and empathy.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends if needed.
  • Experience in healthcare is a bonus - but not essential. We’ll train you on everything you need to know.

Why join us:

  • Real Impact: Help people take an important step in improving their health and confidence.
  • Supportive Team: Join a collaborative, international team that works hard and looks out for each other.
  • Growth Opportunity: Be part of a fast-growing company where you can learn quickly, grow your skills, and take on more responsibility.
  • Mission-Driven: Work for a brand that’s reshaping men’s health with empathy, innovation, and integrity.
