  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of up to 12 coaches.
  • Conduct fortnightly 1:1s, promote a feedback-driven culture, and support ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based practice, particularly in behaviour change techniques.
  • Uphold Operational and Clinical Standards
    • Act as the first point of contact for coach and cross-functional queries.

    • Identify opportunities to optimise systems, customer experience, and retention.
  • Support and Deliver Direct Coaching
    • Provide 1-to-1 coaching to customers where needed, maintaining direct insight into the customer journey.
  • Enable Best Practice and Collaboration

    • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Ops teams to enhance tools, workflows, and services.
    • Represent coaching in cross-functional initiatives and share insight to inform improvements.
  • Champion the Customer Journey
    • Partner with relevant teams across the business to enhance end-to-end engagement.
    • Monitor key journey touchpoints and drop-offs, and help test and refine coaching model adaptations.
