A multinational business is seeking a capable IT Helpdesk Analyst to join its expanding team, based in West London. Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week.

Working as an integral part of the IT team, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and network issues. You will serve as the first point of contact for support requests and provide hands-on technical support for end-users ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems and applications, as well as maintenance of laptops, mobile devices and VoIP phones.

In order to be suitable for this role you will have experience in supporting Windows, Office 365, Azure and Active Directory. You will hold knowledge of servers, desktops and laptops as well as have familiarity with network protocols and hardware troubleshooting. It is advantageous to your application to hold an ITIL qualification or a relevant IT degree, but this is by no means necessary.
