The role can be full-time or part-time. Responsibilities: Provide specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for clients in the CHIT team, including older adults, their carers, and staff in care homes. Offer culturally appropriate psychological interventions with carers or families when required. Conduct specialist psychological assessments using interview techniques, psychometric tests, behavioral observations, functional analysis, and consultations with care staff and relatives. Select and deliver evidence-based psychological treatments, monitor outcomes, and adapt interventions based on theoretical models. Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, flexible across 4 days including Wednesdays, between 9am and 5pm. Pay Rate: Band 7: £32 – £43 per hour, Band 8: £36 – £48 per hour.
