What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site property assessments in line with PAS 2035
- Collect data on building fabric, heating systems & ventilation
- Provide detailed reports for retrofit coordinators & installers
- Advise on energy-saving measures and compliance requirements
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Retrofit Assessor qualification (or working towards)
- Experience in energy assessments, EPCs, or property surveying
- Knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit standards
- Strong communication & report-writing skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
