We are an outsourced sales recruitment and training company that specialises in delivering high-quality talent and coaching to our clients’ sales teams. Right now, we’re looking for highly motivated, driven individuals to join our apprenticeship programme. No experience is needed — just a great attitude and a hunger to succeed.
From day one, apprentices will receive hands-on training and personal mentoring in the art of sales and negotiation. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and develop a deep understanding of how to engage customers, handle objections, and drive results through effective relationship-building. You’ll also gain practical skills in tracking KPIs, goal-setting, and team leadership.
What You’ll Learn

• How to confidently sell products and services face-to-face
• Advanced negotiation and objection handling techniques
• Relationship management and customer retention
• How to analyse KPIs and improve personal performance
• How to lead and motivate a team in a sales environment

This is an entry-level position , but it’s also the first step on a fast-track career path. Our training is designed to turn apprentices into future leaders. After successfully completing the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team and take on management responsibilities on behalf of our clients.
We work with innovative companies across multiple sectors, so you’ll gain exposure to a range of industries and selling styles — giving you a versatile, in-demand skill set.
