Location: Albert Bartlett & Sons, 251 Stirling Road
Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting Hygiene Operatives for our Chilled Processed Potato Plant who will ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site. Hygiene are responsible for the cleaning of machinery, parts and tote bins and as such have to follow a strict code of practice on all aspects of cleaning including:
- Adhering to colour coding rules as regards to all cleaning equipment.
- Filling in and signing all relevant checklists in relation to the job completed by you.
- Pay full attention to on-site health & safety procedures for your work area and the job you are doing.
- Always leave area tidy, with all equipment rinsed and stored away correctly in proper area.
- Always use proper PPE when using chemicals and pay attention to manufacturer's instructions for use and also on-site health & safety procedures.
This work is within a Fresh and Chilled Food Manufacturing environment (both high care and low care), previous experience working within a similar environment will add weight to your application. Please note all required PPE is provided by the company.
About The Role
HOURS OF WORK
We have two shift options available to work:
- Option 1 - 4 Days on, 4 Days off - 06:00-18:00
- Option 2 - 4 Days on, 4 Days off - 18:00-06:00
SALARY: £12.52 per hour. Nightshift working will be entitled to a nightshift allowance of £1 per hour, in addition to the hourly rate advertised.
