Overview

They manage everything from commercial spaces to landmark residential developments - and they’re looking for a sharp, proactive legal mind to help keep claims, complaints, and compliance in check.
You’ll be part of a small, friendly legal function handling a broad mix of work from public liability claims to PI and County Court matters. No two days are the same, and your input will be key to keeping things running smoothly.
Duties
- Investigating and assessing claims across Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and County Court cases
- Drafting letters, responses and legal defences under the guidance of a specialist caseworker
- Supporting internal training sessions and legal research
- Keeping the business informed on relevant legal updates and case law
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders across property management
- Opening, managing and maintaining case files with care and accuracy

Salary is dependent on experience. The role will be between the standard core office hours (37.5hrs/week) and can have home working flexibility after probation.
