Brand new to the market, this leading International law firm is looking to hire a junior associate (1–3 PQE) into its London office to join a growing Compensation & Benefits team.

This is a strategic hire to support the continued growth of the practice under the leadership of a newly appointed London partner who recently joined from another top US law firm and brings an incredibly strong track record in advising high growth technology clients, private equity funds, and listed companies.
You will work on a broad range of incentive matters, with particular emphasis on:
- Advising start ups and growth stage companies on the design and implementation of share and cash based incentive arrangements;
- Supporting the corporate team on M&A, IPO, and private equity transactions, including conducting due diligence on share-based incentives;
- Advising technology companies on executive compensation strategies to attract and retain key talent.
This opportunity offers direct access to high quality international work, including working closely with the firm’s market-leading Technology Companies Group. The role is ideal for a junior associate looking to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
The Candidate:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor (1–3 PQE);
- Prior experience in share schemes, employee incentives, or compensation & benefits law (either as a seat or in post-qualification experience);
- Experience advising start-ups or scale-ups is strongly preferred;
- Excellent academic credentials and training from a well-regarded City or international firm.
