Role Overview As a Team Manager, you will lead merchandising teams on high-profile projects such as new store openings, refits, and stock management. The role involves working on a flexible schedule, including nights and early mornings, with shifts typically lasting 12 hours from Sunday to Thursday. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff. Communicate progress and complete project sign-offs with management. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks. Manage stock replenishment, shelf adjustments, and stock movement using client systems. Travel between retail sites, with accommodation provided when necessary. Qualifications & Skills Experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing teams. Excellent communication, decision-making, and prioritization skills. Manual handling experience and ability to work unsociable hours. Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
