Talent Aquisition Manager

Oakleaf Partnership North is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client, an award-winning Law firm, on a permanent basis. This firm has experienced rapid growth in recent years through success, and this role is responsible for attracting top talent to ensure continued expansion across all existing and upcoming UK locations. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for qualified and non-qualified hires. Attract a diverse workforce through direct hiring and external partnerships. Collaborate with SLT to identify skills gaps and succession opportunities. Build talent pools and enhance the firm\’s brand in the marketplace. Candidate Requirements Significant experience in the legal industry, either in-house or at a recruitment agency (experience in other PS or FS industries considered). Proven proactive sourcing skills using various tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Knowledge of EDI best practices within Talent Acquisition.
