About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-paced fintech team in Edinburgh. This is a key role in managing technical project streams related to platform and application transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to support code conversion efforts and the automation of operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day project activities across multiple technical workstreams
- Coordinate teams, track status updates, and maintain detailed project documentation
- Maintain and update project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables
- Support engineering teams with application code conversion and testing
- Collaborate with Platform DevOps teams to automate workflows for the Sybase to SQL Server migration
- Proactively manage stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication
- Ensure projects are delivered using Scrum/Agile methodologies and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in technical project management
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Scrum/Agile frameworks, and project management tools such as Smartsheet
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with engineering and DevOps teams in a technical capacity
