About the Role: Skill: Control M, BMC Control Type: FTE or Subcontractor Mode: Hybrid, 3 days onsite Location: Sheffield, UK Qualifications: Extensive experience designing and architecting Control M solutions, with a focus on strategic planning and roadmaps Deep technical expertise in Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience Proven track record in driving improvements and managing organizational change in complex IT environments Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate/Professional in Control M) or equivalent experience Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a comprehensive Control M strategy aligning with organizational goals Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years Collaborate with Control M vendor to influence product development Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements Communicate strategy and plans effectively across the organization Build relationships to facilitate collaboration and adoption Lead testing strategy, including automated testing and environment setup Design monitoring frameworks with tools like Splunk and ThousandEyes Automate critical operational processes to improve efficiency Feature Innovation & Self-Service: Identify and prioritize new features based on feedback Develop self-service tools for users, ensuring compliance Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
