CSS are seeking a Fruit Production Supervisor for a busy production company based in Witham. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good communication skills. Responsibilities Will Include: Performance management Maintenance of health & safety, including a daily Fire Marshall role Being accountable for Team Leaders, Machine Operators, Production Operatives, and the Hygiene team Staff management & training Working Hours: Monday – Friday Either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm This is a permanent position offering great benefits.
