Location: Alcester

Are you a skilled fabricator or welder looking to join a growing, friendly and ambitious automation business? This role will see you working on bespoke components and metal assemblies supporting high-end factory automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG & TIG welding to high standards
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and suggest better processes
  • Log work accurately and complete essential production admin
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Your Profile:

  • Solid experience in fabrication shop environments
  • Proficient in MIG & TIG welding
  • Brake press operation experience
  • Excellent Production Management and Team leadership skills
  • Great attitude, willingness to learn and upskill (CNC/laser experience is a plus)
  • Strong team player, but also capable of working independently
  • Positive mindset – flexible, reliable, problem-solving mentality
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
