We are delighted to be working for a reputable and well established local client in their search for an Accounts Administrator to join their team based near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Working alongside the Accounts Manager, this is an extremely varied role which will allow the candidate to have career progression along with on-going training and study support for the AAT qualification.
Duties
- Accounts Receivable
- Processing daily sales invoices
- Assisting with Credit Control
- Carrying out new customer credit checks
- Resolving queries
- Processing credit notes
- Assisting with staff expenses and company credit cards
- Updating freight charges
- Dealing with freight claims and queries
- Other adhoc duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an accounts department would be essential
- Studying towards an AAT qualification or working towards qualification
- Experienced in Microsoft Applications
- Excellent communication skills
This role is fully office based; due to location, own transport is essential.
