Do you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? Claire House is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to help shape the future of our thriving charity retail operation. Claire House Children’s Hospice is not just a name on the high street – it’s a lifeline for families across the region. Our shops are a vital part of our income generation and an important presence in local communities. We are now looking for an experienced retail professional with multi-site management expertise —whether from mainstream retail or the charity sector —to join us in delivering real impact across Liverpool, North Wales and Cheshire . What you’ll do: As our Business Development Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Retail to: Drive performance across a portfolio of Claire House shops Maximise sales and profitability while keeping our mission front and centre Lead and inspire shop teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience Ensure retail excellence through strategic planning, innovation, and hands-on support Uphold the highest standards of legal compliance, health & safety, and operational procedures Who we’re looking for: You\’re a natural leader who thrives on motivating others and improving performance. You have a proven track record in retail management across multiple sites and are ready to step up to a role where no two days are the same.
