Established in 1991, Supreme Ski & Snowboard School is one of the most highly-rated ski schools in France and Switzerland. Our school is known for its exceptional teaching standards and diverse lesson options tailored to individual needs, ensuring the best ski and snowboard experience for all.
Role Description
This is a seasonal, on-site role based in Staveley, Cumbria (or remotely for the right person) as a Customer Success Advisor. You'll spend your days talking about skiing, supporting clients out on the mountain, and working closely with instructors to make sure everyoneβs having an unforgettable time. From handling guest queries to making real-time decisions on the snow, you'll be at the heart of the action β ensuring every guest has the best experience possible with our ski and snowboard school.
Qualifications
- Strong customer support and customer service skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience with booking systems and scheduling
- Highly organised with the ability to plan ahead and see the bigger picture
- Some degree of sales background is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A solid knowledge of skiing and ski resorts β and a genuine passion for the mountains β is essential
Shift Pattern
- Shift times: 07:30β15:30, 10:00β18:00, or 12:00β20:00, on a 2-week rolling rota. Considerations will be made for the correct candidate if current commitments inhibit ability to do certain shifts.
- Weekend shifts: Required as part of the rota and may be worked from home if based in the office.
