Operations Specialist (Custody/TA services)

Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite in central London Duration: 5.5 months Main responsibilities: Analyze the impact of the merger on account setup at Custody and Transfer Agent level. Prepare an action plan to update relevant documents (e.g., tax documentation, account opening forms). Execute the plan to complete document updates by the end of 2025. Experience required: Experience with market and tax documentation. Experience with counterparties in outsourced operational services, particularly Custody and Transfer Agent services. Significant experience with Outsourced Service Providers in Asset Management. Product experience is a plus. Knowledge and skills: Understanding of operations within Asset Management, especially TA and Custodial services. Proficiency with standard IT tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills at all levels. Project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
