Product Owner – Workday – Absence and Time Tracking Shape the Future of HR Technology at Kantar At Kantar, we’re investing significantly in transforming our technology, operations, and ways of working. As part of this exciting evolution, we’re hiring a Product Owner – Digital HR to lead the delivery and enhancement of our HR collaboration tools and platforms — including Workday and related HR tech services. This is a pivotal role for a passionate and driven product professional who thrives on innovation, digital transformation, and creating impactful solutions that elevate the employee experience. What You’ll Do As a key member of our Technology division, you’ll be accountable for shaping and delivering the digital HR product suite with a strong focus on collaboration tools and Workday. You will: Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and execute product vision and roadmap. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs and user feedback. Lead the orchestration of new product introductions and continuous improvement of existing solutions. Ensure a seamless user journey and drive adoption through clear communication, training, and advocacy. Define service and product strategies in partnership with HR and IT stakeholders. Act as the voice of the user, championing improvements based on real-world feedback and performance insights. Liaise with 3rd party vendors and our strategic outsource partner to manage operations, service levels, and product quality. Support Kantar’s broader technology transformation through collaboration, governance, and thought leadership. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a Product Owner who combines strong strategic thinking with practical delivery skills. You’ll need: Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role, ideally within HR Technology. Deep knowledge of Workday , especially in Absence and Time Tracking modules. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Experience working in agile environments, with hands-on experience defining user stories, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work. A passion for user experience, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. A collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
