You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—spanning marketing, IT, and analytics—to ensure that the CDP integrates seamlessly with existing systems and drives actionable insights for personalised customer engagement. Responsibilities Include: Strategic Architecture: Define and lead the technical strategy for Commerce solutions that align with client business objectives. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather data requirements and translate them into robust technical designs. Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and oversee the design of product catalogue (Search, Filter, Brows), Shopping Cart & Checkout, Payment Integration, Order Management, user Authentication & Authorization, Reviews and Ratings, Notifications, etc. Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with CMS, MarTech and Enterprise architecture teams to create a well-suited architectural landscape for client business and define technical dependencies. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and vendors that best meet the client\’s needs. Workshops & Documentation: Lead solution design workshops and deliver comprehensive architectural documentation and client presentations.
