Their HRIS team is growing, and they are seeking a System Administrator focusing on SAP SuccessFactors backend operations. The role involves optimizing and updating backend operations, configurations, and integrations of the SuccessFactors suite. Responsibilities include overseeing daily platform operations such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management Systems. Support tasks include troubleshooting, reviewing system settings and permissions, upgrading features, providing level 2/3 technical support, and creating training guides for clients.
