With 3,000 employees, CLdN aims to excel as an integrated provider of maritime links. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Civil Engineering Team on a fixed-term basis. We seek a team player to assist with administrative tasks within the department. Your role Assist with the administration of duties and labor movements within Civil Engineering, ensuring all work records are kept up-to-date, including overtime, sickness, etc. Prepare job sheets for tasks and input data through the approved electronic system. Arrange maintenance schedules for fixed and mobile plant following manufacturers and company guidelines. Produce reports and provide management with information on maintenance, financial matters, and time planning as required. Maintain all administrative matters related to Health & Safety, including project files, contractor risk assessments, and method statements. Work closely with the Health & Safety Department and Civil Engineering Manager to ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation by keeping accurate records. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and customers professionally, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Procure parts, consumables, and non-consumable items for Civil Engineering and the terminal as needed. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and standards. Manage contractors\’ purchase orders, ensuring correctness and timeliness. Maintain systems for traceability, financial transparency, and auditability, and review the PQQ and safety policies annually on the approved contractors list. Use computerized systems to prepare correspondence, charts, drawings, meetings, and presentations as requested. Continuously review and seek improvements to maintain high-quality service. Your profile Proven administration experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and bespoke systems and databases.
