We are looking for an individual to join our team at Accounts Admin as a Senior Accounts Administrator . We offer a comprehensive training package that covers royalty management, credit control, reconciliation, customer service, project management, and payroll, which are specific to our company. You will use all those skills and more as an Accounts Administrator! This role is fully remote – which means you can work from home or anywhere, but we are looking for an individual based in the UK. We have office locations in Brighton and London that can also be used ad hoc. Currently, we have base offices in the UK, US, Spain, Germany and Singapore, where our teams meet casually. This is an exciting and varied role in this dynamic company. It suits an experienced and highly organised Senior Accounts Administrator . who enjoys working in a small team without detailed supervision and wants to make a real contribution to the business. Sounds like fun?- it is! The Senior Accounts Administrator\’s starting salary is £35K (depending on experience). We are looking for an individual who has experience in the field . Expect a long and lucrative career as an Accounts Admin (we have a very high retention rate). We offer full training in a casual virtual environment and have developed our apART company culture to encourage ways of keeping connected whilst working ‘apart’. This includes celebrating special occasions , offering flexible working opportunities, company exchange programmes and a social events budget, to name a few. The working hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but you have flexibility since you are no longer expected to report to a physical office. Part-time work is available, and the salary is adjusted on a pro-rata basis, so it\’s. perfect if you need to accommodate existing personal commitments. Interviews will be held on Skype on an ongoing basis. Desired Skills and Experience Candidates who meet the following requirements should apply: Accounting / Book-keeping experience. Tech savvy with the ability to understand different accounting software. Payroll and currency experience an advantage. Good communicator, able to rebut and empathise. Multi-task individually or as part of a team. Highly organised . Generally brilliant and making things happen on your own . Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English . Typical Duties Coding and inputting purchase ledger invoices. Checking and preparing intern expenses for payment, inputting on Sage and Xero. Checking and preparing agent expense receipts and mileage, inputting on Sage and Xero. Bank reconciliations – multiple accounts and currencies. Reconciling and resolving queries in debtors\’ and creditors\’ accounts. Assisting with account queries and ad-hoc projects as required. Accounts and admin filing. Artist and agent liaison /queries regarding the above. Credit Control.
