We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Advisory Development Manager to lead a team of up to 10 Wealth Advisers. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving performance, fostering professional development, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance management of the wealth advisory team.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance adviser development.
  • Set and monitor KPIs and targets, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Support advisers in delivering high-quality financial solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement best practices and strategies to enhance performance.

To be successful in your application you will need:

  • Industry Certifications - Preferred qualifications include: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or DipFA), Investment Advice Diploma (IAD), Chartered status would be advantageous.
  • Industry experience - Minimum 5+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory roles.
  • Leadership and Performance Management - Demonstrate success in leading teams, coaching advisers, and driving results.
  • Client Relationship Management - Strong ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and strategic partners.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strategic Thinking & Business Development - Capacity to develop growth strategies and implement best practices for adviser success.
  • Regulatory Knowledge - Solid understanding of financial laws, compliance, and ethical standards within wealth advisory in the UK.
  • Tech & Digital Fluency - Familiarity with wealth management software, CRM systems, and financial modeling tools.
