As a Reinstatement Team member, you will work on various tasks across our contracts. Previous experience with tarmac, Modular & Rigid surfaces is essential. We seek individuals who take pride in their work and aim for first-time quality. Your tasks will be performed on public highways, building sites, and private residential land, always prioritizing safety and responsibility. You will work to meet client needs cost-effectively, providing technical expertise and collaborating within a team to deliver excellent service. You will engineer on-site solutions and focus your team on completing work right the first time. Coordination with the scheduling team is crucial to ensure programs are managed and delivered properly. You will support effective completion of work through communication with internal and external customers and manage business and client database systems. Key Responsibilities Previous experience in Utility Reinstatement Understanding of site safety and setup, prioritizing welfare of the public and team members Use of Modular+ (smartphone system) and client computer systems for feedback and reporting Coordination with Support Services and Street Works teams regarding liabilities and adherence to regulations including NRSWA Maintain a customer-focused approach Good timekeeping and tool/equipment management Experience and Qualifications Understanding of the Utility industry Full and clean driving license with HGV C1 entitlement Awareness of health and safety practices Computer literacy with basic software skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, physically demanding Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
