We are a small, ethical business based near Edinburgh, we make beautiful baby carriers and accessories from our specially woven jacquard fabrics. Currently, we are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Care & Fulfillment Assistant to join our busy team.
All of our fabrics are woven in the UK and made from natural and organic yarns, we are proud to keep production in Scotland. We are a zero-waste company and use solar panels for our energy. Join our tight-knit friendly team at our lovely corner spot with a large garden with access to Roslin Glen and other walks areas nearby. The Job:
You will work in the Customer Care and Fulfilment departments responding to customer emails and shipping orders. Bringing an excellent level of service to our passionate customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries via email and Messenger
- Carry out refunds, exchanges and returns
- Work with the Fulfilment & Operations Coordinator to pick pack and ship online orders in a timely manner
- Pick, pack/unpack stock and props for events
- Assist with postal claims and keep sheets updated
- Assist with physical stock organisation and inventory on the website
- Communicate with the wider team on customer care and fulfilment-related issues
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency
- Any other tasks and administrative duties required
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent written English
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer care
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Competent in learning computer systems (ie internal customer order software)
- This is a physically demanding job with daily packing of orders. It includes lifting and moving heavy boxes. Manual handling training will be provided

37.5 Hours Mon – Fri, part-time hours will be considered, flexible working available, 28 days holiday, company pension
