You’ll conduct audits and implement compliance frameworks, challenging operational practices to continually improve the way we work, and you’ll assess escalation of non-compliance and serious safety occurrence investigations, detailing findings and making recommendations. You’ll also undertake analysis of landside operational data against safety performance indicators and strategy, assess training standards and develop risk management and audit tools for landside compliance. What will make me successful in the role? We are looking for someone with a NEBOSH/IOSH and CPC National/International qualification, along with experience in a safety, compliance, or risk management role in a similar complex transport or travel related environment. You’ll also have experience of developing a high-quality safety culture and implementing robust compliance frameworks, through audits and improvement trackers, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
