In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Sales/Opportunity Analyst to bring fresh insights and expertise to our Shore Experience department. The Shore Experience team are dedicated to innovation and excellence in delivering unforgettable experiences for our Guests onboard. We focus on tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of our guests, while also boosting our sales effectiveness to drive growth. The Sales/Opportunity Analyst is responsible for tracking and monitoring Shore Experience initiatives, identifying opportunities across global trades, itinerary, products, and pricing. This role involves using data to support promotional activities and strategic initiatives, as well as providing dashboards and visualisation tools to aid decision-making. The Sales/Opportunity Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate performance tracking, data interpretation, and strategic planning. This pivotal role will involve: Data Analysis and Targeting: Analyse data to identify opportunities across trade, itinerary, product, and guest segments for targeted communications and product matching, optimising engagement and conversion rates Tools and Automation: Create automated tools in collaboration with the wider business to drive data agility and efficiencies (exploring RPA & AI opportunities) Performance Tracking: Develop and implement processes to track and monitor the performance of various initiatives and promotions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Reporting and Recommendations: Provide detailed reporting and analysis to understand the success of initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organization and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
