I do not socialise very easily, and it would be beneficial to have someone who can encourage me to try new things and engage in social activities. Other duties include accompanying me and my family on outings and providing me with one-on-one support. When out in the community, I will need someone who can supervise me closely and be aware of my safety. I am a very creative individual who enjoys visual arts, clay modelling, stop motion animations, and animatronics. I am also a big animal lover with pets at home. Ideally, I would like someone with an understanding of young people with additional needs like mine and how these issues can impact the individual. As I may take some time to feel comfortable around new people, the start will be phased, with my mum joining us until I feel comfortable.
