Your Gig:

As our Training Maestro, you’ll orchestrate workshops, remix training materials, and amplify our commercial teams’ skills. Partnering with Bauer Academy, you’ll keep us tuned into the latest beats of digital audio advertising, creating a culture where learning isn’t just background noise—it’s the headline act.

What You\’ll Be Spinning:

🎵 Lead the Charts: Create and deliver chart-topping training programs that help our sales teams master the art of selling digital and audio innovations like audioXi.

🎵 Jam with the Team: Collaborate with internal and external producers (aka stakeholders) to ensure our training stays fresh, relevant, and hit-worthy.

🎵 Adapt Across Borders: Work with teams across all Bauer Media Audio territories, from the UK to Slovakia and beyond. Tailor training approaches to respect cultural differences in learning styles and ensure every session resonates like a global anthem.

🎵 Drop the Bass on Resources: Build a killer library of training content and a community platform for sharing best practices.

🎵 Remix for Success: Continuously remix and refine training programs to stay ahead of the industry curve, ensuring every track is a banger.

Your Greatest Hits:

🎧 Experience: 5+ years in training or L&D, ideally in the media, advertising, or digital arena.

🎧 Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with training people from different cultural backgrounds. You’ll need to fine-tune content and delivery styles to suit diverse territories, ensuring training in Slovakia hits the same high notes as in the UK.

🎧 Tech Savvy: A virtuoso in e-learning platforms, instructional design, and digital tools.
