Collaborate with senior management to develop litigation strategies and ensure effective execution. Monitor the daily activities and performance of the litigation team, addressing issues and ensuring continuous improvement. Ensure timely reporting and updates on court case statuses in cooperation with line management. Discuss and resolve issues with the manager promptly to keep cases on track. Perform overtime or other urgent tasks as required by management. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field; master’s degree or professional lawyer certification preferred. 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in banking or financial services sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools. Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to develop and implement litigation strategies. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
