You will work alongside the Head of Nursing for Emergency Care, ED Matron, and a senior multidisciplinary team within the Paediatric Emergency Department. The PED collaborates with other paediatric services, including Inpatients, Children’s Assessment Unit, and elective admissions, ensuring cohesive paediatric care from arrival to discharge. The Paediatric Emergency Department (PED) features its own Resuscitation Room and has access to adjacent digital imaging facilities, including a CT scanner, to provide advanced emergency care for paediatric trauma and emergencies.
