About the role
As Content Designer, you’ll be part of our thriving Content Design Team. Our purpose is to ensure that every single item of content is operating to our high standards and meeting customer needs.
We’re at a very exciting place in our digital transformation journey and this role will give you a brilliant opportunity to be part of it. We’re looking for people who want to be more than a cog in a machine, developing best practise as well as delivering change.
You\\’ll work in a squad with various other roles depending on the project e.g. Product Owners, User Experience Designers, Business Analysts, and User Researchers.
About you
Please note this is not a graphic design, marketing, copywriting, or learning/ teaching role.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record working in a similar Content Design role. You’ll have –

Demonstrated expertise and a proven track record in Content Design

Collaborated within a multi-disciplinary team, including Product Owners, Designers, Business Analysts and Developers

Crafted and refined user-centred content and journeys, achieving efficiency and high-quality standards

Employed analytics, user feedback, and research to discern user needs, chart user journeys, and shape content strategy

Possess strong interpersonal skills, excelling in collaboration, influence, and championing positive customer experiences

Skill in managing personal workload and proactively contributing to team efforts

Experience of building Digital Assistance into journeys is desirable but not essential
