An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in the Portsmouth area. They are a full-service law firm that is seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on Corporate matters independently.

About the Role

  • Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and company restructuring documentation.
  • Conducting legal due diligence and preparing related documentation.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on transactions.
  • Active involvement with business development.

Qualifications

  • Corporate fee earning experience essential.
  • 3 years+ PQE.

Required Skills

  • Have a very high level of technical competence.
  • Marketing and business development skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary dependent on experience: £60k+ 25 days Holiday. Hybrid & Flexible working. Company pension.
