An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in the Portsmouth area. They are a full-service law firm that is seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on Corporate matters independently.
About the Role
- Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and company restructuring documentation.
- Conducting legal due diligence and preparing related documentation.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments.
- Collaborating with internal teams on transactions.
- Active involvement with business development.
Qualifications
- Corporate fee earning experience essential.
- 3 years+ PQE.
