We’re looking for an Account Director with strategic firepower, commercial savvy and the ability to lead from the front. You’ll own the vision on key accounts, shaping the work, steering the client relationship, and driving business growth. You’ll guide teams, challenge thinking, and push creativity and performance forward. As a senior lead within our Client Services team, you’ll bring structure, insight and momentum, while helping clients see what’s next and how we can help them get there.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Stewardship: You’ll lead the development of integrated social strategies, ensuring they align with broader brand and business goals. You’ll bring fresh thinking, deep platform knowledge, and a big-picture mindset.
- Master Planner: From planning to performance, you’ll oversee standout campaigns that blend creativity with commercial impact, pushing boundaries and delivering results. You’ll keep Fabric and our clients on the pulse of what’s next emerging tech, platform shifts, cultural trends translating these into opportunity.
- Client Partnership: You’ll be the senior point of contact on key accounts, leading relationships with clarity, care and confidence. You’ll know when to challenge, when to reassure, and how to build trust that lasts. You’ll find opportunities to build wider relationships within the business to unlock new Fabric shaped opportunities.
- Strategic Growth: From annual reviews to strategic growth plans, you’ll proactively identify how we can deliver more value, deepen relationships, and unlock new revenue streams.
- Commercial Command: You’ll lead scopes, budgets, resourcing and profitability, making sure the work is not just brilliant, but commercially sound.
- Pitching & Proposals: You’ll support new business by shaping proposals, and pitching with flair. You’ll represent Fabric confidently in multi-agency settings and steer cross-agency collaboration.
- Performance Insight: You’ll oversee reporting across accounts ensuring we’re not just measuring what matters, but using it to inform strategy, prove ROI, and shape future work to prove the value of social to our clients and their business.
- Social First Smarts: With a sharp understanding of paid and influencer alongside organic, you’ll spot creative opportunities, build responses to briefs, and guide integrated responses that go beyond social.
- Team Leadership: You’ll lead a small, mighty team mentoring Account Managers and Senior AMs, setting up clear processes, and creating an environment where high performance, growth and collaboration thrive.
- Culture & Coaching: You’ll help build a client services culture that blends strategic rigour with creative flair where people are empowered, ideas are championed, and success is shared.
