Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for Banking & Finance Lawyers specialising in real estate finance to support both Eversheds Sutherland and our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.
What you should have:
- A senior level Banking & Finance Lawyer (minimum 7+ years PQE) with deep expertise in real estate finance.
- Previous experience of working either solely within private practice, or in a mix of in-house and private practice roles.
- Confidence in drafting, reviewing and negotiating LMA Facility Agreements in addition to security/ancillary finance documents in relation to real estate finance transactions.
- Experience of supervising more junior lawyers and managing/leading on real estate finance transactions.
- Previous experience of advising on development finance transactions (rather than investment finance) would be ideal but is not essential.
- Excellent technical drafting skills and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to do 2-3 days per week office attendance in any of the following locations (candidate choice): London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham or Cardiff.
