The founder is passionate, humble and driven by doing things properly and the team all come from brilliant backgrounds in credit risk, data and analytics, and now they’re building something of their own. A consultancy that’s smart, agile and deeply trusted by clients. The goal is to become the go-to partner for banks and lenders tackling complex credit risk challenges.
That’s where you come in! You’ll take the lead on growth, spotting new opportunities and building relationships with banks and lenders. This is a full BD lifecycle role and you’ll be out at conferences, helping shape how the brand shows up in the market, shaping proposals and working closely with the consulting team to tailor what they do to the right clients.
This isn’t just about commercial know-how. They’re looking for someone who fits the culture and wants to be in it for the long haul. Someone who’s motivated, collaborative and excited to help build something special from the ground up with a tight-knit, values-led team.
So, if you have:
- A good understanding of credit risk, modelling or analytics
- Confidence in a commercial setting, from first conversations to shaping proposals
- A natural ability to build trust and open doors with the right kind of clients
- Comfortable being in the room, presenting ideas and attending industry events
- Keen to work closely with the team and help shape the business as it grows

- Own and drive commercial growth across credit and lending markets
- Build a healthy, high-quality pipeline of prospects and live opportunities
