Through analysis of customer interactions and social activity the consultancy seek to evolve brands and cater to the changing needs of the customer. Their work is varied and you will have the opportunity to work on projects from big content builds to bespoke applications. Working under and closely with the UX director, designers, strategists and product team you will play a pivotal role in developing the experiences and designs. As expected with a brand led technology consultancy there will be an expectation to have a great understanding around the brand, how this impacts and develops user experiences and how brands evolve due to digitalisation of users’ lifestyles. This is an opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to join and shape the growing technology community within this consultancy and help establish user-centred and service design capabilities. The right candidate will have extensive experience across the user centred design cycle from research, sketching, journey mapping, content strategy, IA, wireframing, prototyping and testing.
