Your role and responsibilities As Children and Young Peoples Services (CYP\’s) Head of Business Management, you will be the strategic lead for business continuity, risk management and information governance, as well as for the business support resourcing. This means you will play a leading role in ensuring that key processes and back office functions that support the work that our teams do can run efficiently and effectively. You will be leading a skilled and supportive team of people in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. Day to day tasks will include management oversight of CYP\’s central business and executive support and information governance teams leading CYP\’s business resilience planning regular reporting into CYP Leadership Team on security incidents, significant incidents, information governance, risk management and business resilience. We hope you will bring a high degree of experience as a leader within a business management environment a supportive management style to enable the team and individuals to grow and develop exceptional organisational skills, preferably with strong project or programme management experience, and be able to manage multiple projects at the same time confidence in communicating with a wide range of people, including presenting information to senior leadership groups.
