Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in the heart of London, is currently seeking an Operations and Training Manager to join their thriving Management team. As the Operations and Training Manager for an INBOUND DMC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of the department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Groups division, while implementing strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive overall success through training and learning of the TOUR PLAN system.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a proven track record of success in operations management within a DMC with TOUR PLAN knowledge. Key responsibilities of the Operations Manager Groups role include:
